When Pregnancy Doesn’t Come Naturally…
Unfortunately, the path to pregnancy isn’t always straightforward for everyone.
It often brings a flood of emotions and tension — feelings of disappointment, fear, frustration, and uncertainty.
Stress can have a major impact on your fertility and hormonal balance.
The journey to parenthood doesn’t begin with birth — it starts the moment you decide to have a child.
When body and mind are in harmony, the chances of conception increase significantly.
Fertility reflexology helps create optimal conditions for pregnancy.
Several scientific studies have already explored the effects of foot reflexology on women with reduced fertility.
Looking at these studies critically, we can only conclude that foot reflexology has a positive effect on female fertility.
The goal of fertility reflexology is to bring balance — physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically.
Together, we explore the potential reasons why conception isn’t happening.
In addition to working on the hormonal system, it’s important to examine nutrition and lifestyle, as these have a significant influence on fertility.
By stimulating specific reflex zones, the organs involved in reproduction receive more energy, allowing them to function more effectively.
Fertility reflexology provides support for:
-
Irregular menstrual cycles
-
Improved blood flow in the pelvic area
-
PCOS
-
Endometriosis
-
Implantation issues
-
Thyroid problems
-
Stress
-
Hormone therapy
-
IUI, IVF, ICSI
What could be more beautiful than guiding hopeful parents on their journey to a cherished pregnancy?
In recent years, more and more hopeful parents have found their way to my practice.
Many of them are now pregnant or have welcomed their little miracle into the world.
So maybe... you're more fertile than you think — but trapped in a spiral of fear, stress, and emotion.
Warmly,
Carine 😘

Specialized in fertility
In recent years, I’ve welcomed many couples into my practice who are facing fertility challenges.
Reflexology can play a meaningful role in supporting the desire to conceive.
Over the past seven months, I’ve treated twelve women with fertility issues — nine of them are now pregnant, while three are still on their journey.
Of these nine pregnancies, eight women became pregnant after just one or two fertility treatments, and one after three sessions.
So maybe you’re more fertile than you think... but caught in a spiral of stress, fear and emotion.
Today, my practice is filled with beautiful birth announcements — each one a reminder of hope, trust, and the power of gentle healing.
