Important Information for Your Stay

No pets allowed.
To ensure peace and cleanliness for all our guests, pets are not permitted at Hoeve de Gouden Driehoek.

Non-smoking policy.
Our entire accommodation is a smoke-free zone. Smoking inside the buildings is strictly prohibited.

All prices listed on our website are final and include VAT.

By making a reservation, you automatically agree to our cancellation policy and terms below.

Reservation Terms & Conditions

Booking and Payment
Once you've made your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with an overview of your reservation. Within 24 hours, you’ll also receive a personalized email with the necessary payment details.

​

The remaining balance of your stay must be transferred at least 2 weeks before your arrival to the following account:

Please include your reservation number and arrival date as reference.
We also accept Visit Limburg holiday vouchers (within their validity period).

Once your payment is received, you will get a confirmation within 48 hours.

​

Since we are not always on-site, you will receive an access code before arrival to enter the building. This code expires after your check-out (11:05 a.m.).

​

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a stay is never pleasant — not for you, and not for us. When you cancel, we lose the opportunity to welcome other guests. Therefore, we apply the following terms:

• Up to 14 days before your stay: Free cancellation or modification.

• Less than 7 days before your stay: 50% of the total cost will be charged. Since payment is due 14 days in advance, 50% will be refunded.

• Less than 48 hours before your stay: The full amount will be charged. You will receive an email with the cancellation invoice.

If you shorten your stay or leave earlier than planned, the full amount remains due.

Skipping breakfast does not entitle you to a refund.

In case of illness:
If you need to cancel due to illness, please send us a valid medical certificate dated no more than 48 hours before your arrival. In that case, you can reschedule your stay free of charge. The paid amount will be converted into a voucher valid for 1 year.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.

• Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.

Arriving early?
Explore the surroundings — a beautiful forest (Joekelbos) is within walking distance, or head into the center of Oudsbergen for a drink or a stroll.
Please note: early check-in is not possible. We need time to thoroughly clean and air out your room before your arrival.

Children

• Children 0 to 2 years stay free of charge (please mention this in advance so we can prepare a baby bed and bottle warmer).

• Children 2 to 8 years: €30 supplement per night, including breakfast.

• Children 8 to 14 years: €40 supplement per night, including breakfast.

During Your Stay

Each room has a soap and hand cream dispenser by Rituals. These are intended for use during your stay and should not be taken home. (Otherwise, they will be charged.)

Eating meals in the rooms is not permitted.

​

In the breakfast area fridge, you’ll find a selection of drinks and snacks (for purchase).
You may enjoy these on-site. Please note down your consumption on the provided list in your room so we can settle it during check-out.

We care about the environment!
Please turn off the lights and adjust the air conditioning when you leave the room for an outing. (Let us know if you'd like the airco settings adjusted.)

Breakfast

Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 09:30 as a self-service buffet.
If you need a different time, just let us know in advance — we’re happy to accommodate.

Allergies, intolerances or diabetes?
Please inform us before your stay via email, and we’ll gladly tailor your breakfast.
